• The products are delivered by courier service.
  • The exact delivery cost depends on the weight of the ordered goods. The products are delivered throughout the entire country within 1 - 5 working days.
  • When placing an order, the buyer undertakes to provide the delivery address and a contact phone number. The buyer must provide an accurate address where the courier can deliver the goods and where the buyer can be reached. If the products are not delivered to the buyer due to the buyer's fault (incorrect contact details, the buyer is unreachable), the buyer undertakes to pay an additional fee, depending on the weight of the goods, for the repeated delivery of the products.
  • The buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the buyer cannot accept the goods, and the products are delivered to the specified address based on the other information provided by the buyer, the buyer does not have the right to make claims to the seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
  • The seller undertakes to deliver the products to the buyer within the timeframes specified in the product descriptions. The buyer also agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of the products may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control. In such cases, the seller undertakes to contact the buyer without delay and agree on the delivery issues.
  • In all cases, the seller is exempt from responsibility for the violation of the delivery deadlines if the products are not delivered or are delivered late due to the buyer's fault or due to circumstances within the buyer's control.
  • At the time of delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the package, the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods together with the courier. When the buyer signs the invoice (waybill) or another delivery-acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in proper condition. If the buyer notices that the delivered package is damaged (crushed, wet, or otherwise externally damaged), the buyer must refuse to accept such a shipment and note this in the invoice (waybill) or other delivery-acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier, prepare a free-form damage report. If the buyer fails to perform these actions, the seller is released from responsibility to the buyer for the goods' damage that the buyer did not note in the prescribed manner.
  • If the buyer or, as applicable, the buyer's representative accepts the shipment and signs the data collector or paper delivery confirmation provided by the transport company's representative without remarks, it is considered that the goods were delivered in an undamaged package and that the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods match the terms of the purchase and sale agreement.
  • Once the goods are delivered and handed over to the buyer's specified address, it is considered that the goods have been transferred to the buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually received by the buyer or any other person who accepted the goods at the specified address.
  • If the goods are accepted by someone other than the buyer, the buyer must provide the details of the person accepting the goods when filling out the delivery information of the order.
