GENERAL TERMS

1.1 These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of a person who purchases goods from the www.grindusimfonija.lt online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the www.grindusimfonija.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") when purchasing goods from the online store. By purchasing goods from the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or modify the Terms at any time, taking into account legal requirements.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

2.1 The Buyer can order goods from the online store in the following ways:
2.1.1 By registering on the www.grindusimfonija.lt online store – by entering the requested data during registration.
2.2 The Buyer, when ordering goods in the manner specified in point 2.1.1, must enter the personal data required for the proper fulfillment of the order: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3 By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in point 2.2 will be processed for the sale of goods and services in the online store, for the analysis of the Seller’s activities, and will be collected, stored, and systematized.
2.4 By agreeing that the Buyer’s personal data will be processed for the sale of goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees that notifications necessary for order fulfillment will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
2.5 All personal data related information registered with "www.grindusimfonija.lt" is confidential and will not be disclosed.
2.6 The personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia.

BUYER'S RIGHTS

3.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
3.2 The Buyer has the right to modify, update, or cancel their registration data at any time without restriction.
3.3 The Buyer has the right to request an exchange or refund for goods if the validity period has expired or if the goods are defective.
3.3.1 Defective products will be exchanged or refunded according to the Retail Trade Regulations approved by Government Regulation No. 697 of the Republic of Estonia on June 11, 2001, the Civil Code of the Republic of Estonia, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and delivery and to accept the ordered products. The Buyer pays for the goods using their internet banking or by making a payment from any bank to the Seller's account.
4.2 The Buyer, when registering on the online store and ordering goods, undertakes to keep their login information safe and not to disclose it to others.
4.3 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the data entered in the registration form is accurate, correct, and complete. If the data provided by the Buyer in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Buyer and/or third parties if the Buyer has provided false and/or incomplete personal data or has failed to update the data when it changes.
4.4 By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale terms and undertakes to follow them and not violate the laws of the Republic of Estonia.


SELLER'S RIGHTS

5.1 If the Buyer attempts to damage the operation, stability, or security of the Seller's online store, the Seller may restrict, suspend, or terminate their access to the online store without prior warning.
5.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally modify these Terms by publishing them on the online store’s website. Changes will come into effect from the moment of publication for all transactions made after the publication.
5.3 The Seller also has other rights specified in these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

6.1 The Seller is obliged to create all necessary conditions for the Buyer to use the online store services properly.
6.2 The Seller is obliged to respect the Buyer’s privacy regarding the personal data provided during the online store registration process.
6.3 The Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered products to the address provided by the Buyer.
6.4 If the Seller is unable to deliver the product ordered by the Buyer for an important reason, the Seller must offer a product that is equivalent or as similar as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent or similar product, the Seller must refund the money paid by the Buyer.

ORDERING GOODS, PRICES, PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND TERMS

7.1 The Buyer can purchase goods from the online store 24/7, 7 days a week.
7.2 The prices of goods on the www.grindusimfonija.lt online store and in the order confirmation are shown in euros.
7.3 The Buyer can pay for the goods using one of the following methods:
7.3.1 Payment via internet banking – advance payment using the internet banking system of the Buyer’s choice. The Buyer must have an internet banking agreement with one of the following banks: LHV Bank, Swedbank, SEB, Coop Bank, Luminor Bank, or Citadele Bank. The Seller cannot guarantee smooth service from a bank where the Buyer has not set up their internet banking.
7.3.2 Payment via bank transfer – payment directly to the Seller's bank account. Payment can be made after the order confirmation and purchase confirmation.
7.3.3 Payment by credit card – payment via Visa or MasterCard credit card. Payment will be processed within specified times.
7.4 The order will be fulfilled after the Buyer’s payment is received. If the Buyer pays later than 1 working day, the order fulfillment may be delayed.
7.5 If the Seller does not receive the payment on time, the Seller has no obligation to fulfill the order and provide the services.


DELIVERY OF GOODS

8.1 The Seller will fulfill the order after the payment is made. The delivery time of the goods depends on the selected delivery method and the location of the product.
8.2 Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. If the product is delivered to the wrong location, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
8.3 The cost of delivering goods is determined based on the delivery area and the volume of the goods. The total cost will be shown during the order confirmation and payment process.

RETURNS, OBLIGATIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 The Buyer is obliged to check the received products after the delivery to verify that they match the order and that they are not damaged.
9.2 The Buyer, if dissatisfied with the quality or functionality of the received product after opening the package, may return or exchange the product within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be in its original packaging and resalable.
9.3 If a quality issue with the product is found during the return process, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of the product. If the product is no longer resalable, it cannot be part of the return or exchange process.
9.4 The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before its fulfillment.
9.5 The return of goods will be processed according to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
9.6 The Buyer is responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow these Terms or using the goods in a manner other than intended.

EXCEPTIONS

10.1 The return conditions specified in points 9.2 and 9.3 do not apply in the following cases:
10.1.1 If the product is damaged due to the Buyer’s fault.
10.1.2 If the product packaging is damaged or missing (if required).
10.1.3 If the product has been opened or used and can no longer be returned.
